Almost all large-area lighting equipment used outdoors can be considered as floodlights. Projectors feature a narrow beam angle, with variations within 0°. Most are equipped with enclosed floodlights, mechanical parts, protective glass, and various sealing rings. Depending on the environmental requirements, some are also fitted with metal mesh covers.
